Using only the finest ingredients, the Cold Stone produces the highest quality smooth and creamy ice cream available, making it fresh each day in their store. Every ice cream creation is made to order for each customer by blending in candy or fruit mix-ins on a frozen granite stone (a la the cold stone), and served in a fresh-baked waffle cone. Get a taste of Mongolian history at Mongolian Grill, a 900 sq. ft. casual dining restaurant. Cooking Mongolian and Teriyaki food on an open grill dates back to the time of Genghis Kahn when he and his cavalrymen set out on expeditions across the world. The men would thinly slice meat, add a little salt and use their sabers to stir fry the meat on an iron shield. Influenced by history, Mongolian Grill uses a large stir-fry grill to prepare and serve its specialty dishes within minutes. The main meat or vegetable course is served with traditional shao bin or Chinese biscuits, steamed rice and soup.
Boba Locas signature drink is already creating a buzz around Buena Park Downtown. Boba Loca serves refreshing fusion-iced tea drinks, specialty milk teas and their renowned shaved ice drink infused with bobo or chewy tapioca balls.
